We are so excited to spend the weekend with you in Paphos! Feel free to use this schedule as your main guide for wedding events, transportation, and recommended arrival times. We will update this page if anything changes. Please note which events are open to everyone and which are adults-only.

Welcome Drinks
The Agape Roof Terrace at Annabelle Hotel. Light canapés will be served, but we recommend going for dinner afterwards. Adults & babies are welcome.
Saturday 15th 2:00 pm
Wedding Ceremony
Welcome drink & wedding ceremony at Coral Residences.
Saturday 15th 3:45 pm
Reception & Evening Celebration
Cocktail hour, reception and an evening of live music & dancing to celebrate! Adults only.

Pool Party
Come and hang out by the pool with us to nurse any sore heads! We have the beautiful Eauzone at Almyra Hotel exclusively reserved for the day. We will provide a few welcome drinks and light snacks until around 2pm, after which you can still buy anything else you fancy from their bar. Adults & babies welcome.

Flights

Paphos International Airport (PFO) is the closest airport — around 20 minutes drive to Paphos town. Direct flights available from most UK airports.

Accommodation

We will be staying at the Almyra Hotel for the duration of our wedding. The hotel is part of the Thanos Group and its sister hotel, Annabelle, is next door. There is a 15% Spring 2027 discount for anyone interested in staying at Almyra for 5 days or more, which is live until end of February. There are plenty of hotels, villas and apartments in the Paphos area to suit all budgets and preferences. A few of our recommendations are:
• Apartments at Limnaria Gardens
• Anemi Hotel (in particular the premium rooms)
• Serviced apartments such as Downtown Park and Elysia Park.

Getting to the Venue

To make your day easy, we will provide coach transfers to and from the wedding venue. One pick-up point will be from Almyra Hotel and our lovely wedding planner will support with another pick-up point in Kato Paphos which we will share nearer the time. This will be around 1:30pm.

Alternatively, local taxis are available if you’d prefer to make your own way there (pre-booking advised).

Can I bring a +1?+
We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but we're only able to accommodate the guests named on your email invitation. Thank you for understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
Can I bring children?+
We absolutely adore your little ones — but we've made the decision to keep our wedding day an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand, and we'd encourage you to treat it as a rare excuse for a child-free getaway in the sun!
What's the dress code?+
Your comfort comes first — we want you to enjoy the day, not spend it tugging at a collar. Light, breathable fabrics and bright colours are very much encouraged. For men, ties are optional. We just ask one thing: please leave the shorts and flip-flops at the hotel! For women, we advise against stilettos as the cocktail hour will be on decking.
Is there parking at the venue?+
Yes, Coral Residences has parking available on site. We'd suggest using our organised transfer or pre-booking a taxi if you plan to celebrate fully!
What's the weather like in May in Cyprus?+
May is one of the best months to visit Cyprus thanks to typically cooler daytime temperatures (mid-20s), and a light coastal breeze. We’d suggest packing for all eventualities though, including SPF and potentially a light jacket or shawl for the evening.
What’s the best way to get around Paphos?+
If you're planning on staying in Paphos you won’t need a car, as most places are accessible on foot or bus. However, should you be interested in exploring the island further there are car rentals both at the airport and in Paphos.
What is the Cypriot cuisine?+
Food in Cyprus is deliciously fresh, flavourful & fun. Sharing mezze is popular in all restaurants - think salads, grilled seafood and tender cuts of meat. And of course Rob’s favourite… lots of houmous.
